1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following are the estimated delivery times for standard shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping carrier. It will take 3-5 business days to delivered the product. 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you attempt to enter an address that we do not ship to, you will be notified during the checkout process.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance with filing a claim.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
